I needed to lose weight, someone told me about this Guy that they thought could help. I started at G&T’ 4 months ago to lose the weight but getting fitter is an added bonus. I train with Pete once a week & twice a week on my own. I have lost 3 & 1/2 stone in the 4 months. The results show that Pete knows his stuff & he is helping Me acheive the goals that I want to hit!
