I have trained at Gym’N’Tonik for 5 years. I managed to lose nearly 3 stone in my first year (bit to much really) , I have since put a little back on but it’s toned muscle rather than fat. I train once a week with Pete & once or twice a week on my own. I like the personal touch at Gym’N’Tonik, nice & quiet (unlike the big gyms) when training & I enjoy be pushed to reach my targets.
