I have been training with Pete off & on for the last 4 years, I train once a week at G&T’ & 2-3 times a week on my own. He help me lose 21/2 stone in the first 8 months but i tend to yo-yo a little. Pete scares me into sticking to a diet – which I need & when I do lose weight he’s genuinly pleased & encourages & motivates me to carry on.
