At this time of year lots of us are trying to lose a little weight with diet & exercise. Most of us will lapse once, maybe twice a week & give in to a treat. Nothing wrong with that, but let me show you the downside of those little treats!

You will need to jog for around 4 hours, at a rate of 375 calories per hour (average pace ). FISH AND CHIPS IS EQUIVALENT TO 13 SMALL CANS OF TUNA.
BURGER & CHIPS – (1000 CALORIES)
You would need to cycle for 2 hours, at a rate of 500 calories per hour (average pace). BURGER AND CHIPS IS EQUIVALENT TO 10 BANNANAS.
