RACHEL BECKWITHPete has been great for Me, I have trained once a week at Gym’N’Tonik for the last 4 years with my sister Lauren, and I have lost two & a half stone. I train on my own a couple of times a week if I have time ( 2 young children), but I need that weekly weigh-in with Pete to keep me diciplined.
